Program Council offers a wide variety of services for organizations looking to host or sponsor events related to the CU Boulder campus.
Production
The Production Department competently handles the technical aspects of all Program Council events. The department organizes production and technical staffing for all concerts and events and can handle just about any show needs including contract rider requirements, advance work, stage hands, follow spot operators, and A/V technicians. Also, this department maintains and operates an extensive inventory of equipment to cover the needs of the Boulder campus. We have covered everything from events celebrating cultural diversity, to corporate gatherings, and a wide range of concerts.
To request our Production team’s services, please fill out the Production Service Request sheet below and drop it off at the Program Council Office (UMC 401) at least 21 days prior to your event.
