To insure your needs are met, we ask that you give us notice at least 2 weeks prior to event. We will do our best but requests after that deadline are not guaranteed to be available.

Less than 3 days notice will receive a one-time $15 late charge.

Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to event will still be charged 2 hour minimum for labor and any costs incurred by Program Council.
